New admissions will be made subject to availability of vacancies

  • Eligibility for Admission:
    Students who have previously attended any recognized school must submit the following documents at the time of admission:

    • School Leaving Certificate (SLC)

    • Report Card/Progress Report from the previous school

    • Recent passport-size photograph

  • Admission Procedure:
    New students will be admitted upon payment of the following:

    • Tuition Fee

    • Activity Fee

    • Term Fee

    • Security Deposit

    Note: The fee once paid is non-refundable, even if the student withdraws immediately after admission.

  • Merit-Based Admission:
    Admission will be strictly based on merit. No special references or recommendations will be entertained.

  • Issuance of School Leaving Certificate:

    • The School Leaving Certificate will be issued only upon submission of a written application by the parent/guardian, using the prescribed form available in the School Diary.

    • No School Leaving Certificate will be issued until all outstanding dues/fees are fully cleared.

Note: For admission in Class I, a child should be 5 years or more on or before 1st April.

Admission Requirement

For Class I

  • Birth Certificate.
  • Two passport size colour photographs of student.
  • Result sheet of previous class.
  • Medical certificate for blood group, any allergies etc. report of the child Caste certificate (If applicable).
  • Photocopy of Aadhar card.
  • Photocopy of SSSMID

For Classes II to XII

  • Two passport size colour photographs of student.
  • Result sheet of previous class.
  • Medical certificate for blood group, any allergies etc. report of the child Caste certificate (If applicable).
  • Transfer certificate with counter signature ( DEO if MP Board)
  • Photocopy of Aadhar card.
  • Photocopy of SSSMID

Admission Under RTE

Admissions under Right To Education Act As per the RTE Act, 25% seats are reserved at entry level to Class I. As specified in the RTE Act and the Amendment to the act, the following are the criteria’s for admission under RTE:

  1. Children belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, or any other disadvantaged group which is specified by State Government notification.
  2. This definition of ‘disadvantaged group’ has been extended by the 2012 Amendment to include disabled children, including children with severe disabilities.
  3. Children belonging to ‘weaker section’ are those whose parents’ or guardians’ annual income is below the poverty line, as specified by the State Government.
  4. These children should be residing within 3 kms.
 

Following documents are required to be submitted for admission under RTE:

  1. Original Birth Certificate for verification along with a photocopy.
  2. Caste Certificate issued by concerned Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) or Deputy Collector, in the name of child or his parent.
  3. Transfer Certificate
 

Any one of the following can be submitted in order of Residence Proof —

  1. UID Aadhar Card.
  2. Election Photo Identity Card.
  3. Electricity / Water bill,Telephone bill.
  4. House Tax Receipt.
  5. Driving license issued by the competent authority in the name of the parents/guardians.
